The device utilizes ultrasonic waves and a powerful white flashing LED strobe siren to repel a variety of animals. It offers 5 modes for you to choose from, and it is important to note that the ultrasonic frequencies used are generally beyond the range of human hearing. Therefore, if you do not hear any sound when the device is turned on, especially in modes 2 and 3, this does not indicate a malfunction or that the device is not working. The device is solar-powered and includes 3 Ni-MH rechargeable batteries that can be charged using the included USB cord. During charging, the repellent should not be turned on. It is recommended to charge the battery before installing the device.

It is important to note that different animals, even within the same species, may have varied reactions to each mode of the repellent. If a particular mode proves ineffective, it is recommended to experiment with other modes to find the most suitable one. This process may require patience, as it can take approximately two weeks to identify the optimal setting.
